Chris became my friend when assigned to be “my buddy” as I started working at OZ architecture in 2006.  He showed me the ropes and made it clear that working there would mean long hours, great friends and an abundance of self deprecating laughter as I found my way.  I took on a job he was transitioning from and as a result of this no so wonderful position, I am no longer in that industry.  So, I thank him for indirectly giving me the push I needed towards a profession I long admired.  BUT, this story is not about me.  It is about Chris and Melinda and the wedding day they shared with so many fun characters.

This really is a classic love story of lives intertwined over many years.  While they could tell you the whole thing, and it is worth hearing, drink in hand… the important thing is that when things finally did come together, they were both ready.  On their wedding day, there were no remaining questions.   You can see it in their eyes.  They understood what they were committing to and they could not be happier to get the rest of their lives started. They love each other and it radiates through all they do.  Simple as that.
